St. Joseph's Academy seeks an innovative Director of Entrepreneurship to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit among students as they plan a business of their own all while providing practical experience within the established St. Joe Dough. The successful candidate will guide the students through the process: develop a plan around an idea, provide a mentor within their industry, and hopefully spark a true desire to see their idea to fruition. The position will act as the business manager of St. Joe Dough, overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the business. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight working closely with the students in the class, school leadership, and customers. The director will oversee financial performance, inventory, and operations while fostering partnerships with local businesses, alumnae, and community stakeholders to enhance real-world learning opportunities. Must collaborate with faculty and school leadership to integrate entrepreneurship across disciplines, promote creativity and problem-solving, and provide meaningful feedback that supports student growth and initiative.
Role: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field (required); experience in business management or entrepreneurship (preferred).
